Aquaculture Europe 2021 will cover the full scope and diversity of European aquaculture. The thematic plenary and technical parallel sessions will comprise submitted presentations. AE2021 features an international trade exhibition, industry forums, student sessions and activities, satellite workshops and updates on state-of-the-art research.
Oceans of opportunity
Aquaculture has an every increasing place in securing food production in Europe. With this year’s theme ‘Oceans of Opportunity’, the European Aquaculture Society (EAS) focuses on developments and investments that aquaculture needs to make to fulfill its role.
Europe, and particularly the European Union, is in the forefront in facing the challenges with innovative policies regarding environmental protection, sustainable use of resources, marine and coastal planning and leading technological developments and innovation.
